Three-layer fire-resistant construction.
This protective fire-resistant suppressor cover consists of three heat-resistant layers, providing excellent protection and sound dampening.

Outer layer: CORDURA® fabric

Durability and water resistance

The outer layer is made from CORDURA® fabric by Invista (USA) — a dense nylon material known for its special fiber structure, water‑repellent impregnation, and polyurethane coating, with a melting temperature of 210°C.

Middle layer: Heat‑insulating asbestos‑free padding

The middle layer consists of heat‑resistant, asbestos‑free insulation that provides exceptional thermal protection for the outer layer.

Inner layer: Fire‑resistant canvas

Aramid‑fiber‑based fabric

The inner layer is a fire‑resistant canvas made from aramid fibers, offering excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and radiation resistance. This material is commonly used in heat‑protective clothing.

Functionality and camouflage

Sound suppression and thermal concealment.
Designed to eliminate mirage when using optical sights, reduce metallic noise generated during operation, and decrease visibility in thermal imagers. The cover is also available in Pixel and Multicam camouflage patterns, providing both concealment and functionality.

Dimensions

Available in lengths of 150 mm, 200 mm, and 270 mm, allowing compatibility with a wide range of our suppressors.

Warranty

The suppressor cover is covered by a 12‑month warranty.

WARNING! Use of the cover at temperatures above 400°C (automatic fire or rapid sustained fire) is strictly prohibited due to the risk of smoldering of the inner layer.
Such operating conditions will result in damage to the cover and void the warranty.
