We specialize in manufacturing suppressors for any caliber, thread, and mounting interface, guaranteeing technical compatibility, reliability, and long service life.

Important to Know Before Ordering

1. Base Design

A custom suppressor is manufactured based on a serial model from R&D Company “Tihon”.
This means you receive a proven design refined to meet your individual requirements.

2. Pricing Structure

In 90% of cases, the final price of a custom suppressor is calculated as:

• the price of the base serial model + 30%

The final price depends on:

• type of mounting (classic / integrated / QD)
• materials of the body and internal components
• presence of gas relief
• complexity of individual modifications

3. Coating and Appearance

At the customer’s request, the suppressor can be:

• painted black
• coyote
• olive
• or left uncoated (natural material finish)

Other colors are available upon request. The coating is selected with consideration of operating conditions.

Engraving of patterns/designs is also available.

4. Gas Relief

The suppressor can be manufactured:

• with gas relief
• or without gas relief

The configuration is selected individually depending on the platform, caliber, and shooter’s requirements.

5. Body Materials

The suppressor body can be made from:

• titanium
• carbon fiber

Steel or duralumin options are possible but are agreed upon individually.

6. Internal Component Materials

The internal structure (core, baffles) is manufactured based on the caliber:

• Titanium — for calibers
  .223 Rem, .308 Win, .338, .50, and similar;
• Duralumin — for low-power calibers
  .22 LR, 9×19 mm.

This allows achieving an optimal balance between service life, weight, and efficiency.

7. Production and Payment

A custom suppressor is put into production:

• after a 30% advance payment;
• or after full payment.

Manufacturing timelines are agreed upon individually after configuration confirmation.

8. Mounting Dimensions and Responsibility

Critically important:

If incorrect mounting dimensions (thread, diameter, length, etc.) are provided, the manufacturer bears no responsibility for incompatibility.

For measurements, be sure to use a caliper or other precise measuring tool.

Warranty

• 3-year warranty — for fully titanium products
• 1-year warranty — for all other configurations

• individual design and engineering
• manufacturing complexity
• use of specialized materials
