Placing and Paying for an Order

How to place an order

Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. To ship your parcel we only need your name, phone number and Nova Poshta branch. If the piece is made for your barrel, specify the thread in the chosen variation or in the order comment.

Prefer not to order through the site — call or write to us, all the details are on the contacts page. A manager will take your order and answer your questions.

After checkout we will contact you to confirm the order and settle the details — especially if the piece is made to order.

Payment

• Cash on delivery. Pay when you collect the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch. Available for orders from 500 UAH. The carrier charges its own fee for transferring the money.
• Online prepayment via monopay. Pay by card of any Ukrainian bank right at checkout.
• Payment in instalments via monopay. The total is split into several monthly payments.

Made-to-order items — both production models and one-off builds — require a 30% advance. The remainder is paid by cash on delivery on receipt, or you can prepay in full, whichever suits you.

Prices on the site are in Ukrainian hryvnias.

Delivery

We ship across Ukraine by Nova Poshta. Delivery is charged at the carrier’s rates and paid by the buyer on receipt.

In-stock items ship within one to two working days. Made-to-order pieces take up to 10 working days after the order is confirmed.

Pickup is available in Kharkiv — check with the manager.

On receipt

Inspect the parcel at the branch: completeness, condition, match to your order. If anything is wrong, have the branch clerk document it and contact us right away.
