Innovative Design and Materials

The body of the sound moderator is made of lightweight and durable duralumin. The main feature of the system is inside: a slotted titanium tube that effectively distributes powder gases across the baffles. The combination of titanium and duralumin provides the perfect balance between high-temperature resistance and overall weight.

Fully Serviceable System

Shotgun shooting leaves a lot of debris – carbon fouling, plastic wads residue, and lead particles. That is why the Jager 12 was designed as a serviceable shotgun suppressor. You can easily disassemble the device in the field or at home for quick and thorough cleaning.

Acoustic Efficiency

Thanks to the large volume of the chambers and proper gas distribution, the suppressor perfectly masks the loud sound of a gunshot. It not only reduces the sound pressure on the shooter’s ears but also distorts the acoustic signature. In practice, the device “smears” the sound, shifting the perceived location of the shot to a distance of 1.5-2 kilometers from the actual position, making it impossible to pinpoint your exact location.

Two Body Design Variations

To ensure comfortable aiming, we offer two suppressor configurations that differ in the mount location:

• Center-Bore (Concentric): a classic option (ideal for firearms with high sights or red dot optics).
• Offset (Low-Profile): the bore is offset from the center, allowing the use of standard low-profile sights (front and rear sights), as the suppressor body does not obstruct the line of sight.

Mounting Options for Your Firearm

Since the mounting dimensions depend on the specific shotgun model, we offer two reliable installation options:

1. On external muzzle threads (if your barrel has them).
2. Using a clamp-on adapter (collet mount), which securely and tightly locks directly onto the outer contour of the barrel.

Important: We strictly do not manufacture mounts for internal choke threads. Shotguns have thin-walled barrels, and given the weight of the suppressor combined with recoil, there is a critically high risk that the internal barrel threads will simply fail under the stress, causing the barrel to rupture.
